Clay, thank you sir for making a disheartening experience at least palatable, you and your staff were honest, caring and understanding through the entire process of my wife’s hip replacements, while monetary settlements never make the pain and suffering end, it sometimes is the only way people can fight back to right a wrong.

I was involved in a case for the faulty hip replacements. Clay Hodges represented me. I can’t say enough about how much he has helped me. Clay was able to win multiple settlements on my behalf with most of them being the maximum amount able to be awarded. These settlements allowed me to pay off so many of the debts that I had acquired due to the hip surgeries. With medical bills stacking up, along with being out of work multiple times for extended periods, there’s no way I could have gotten out of debt without these settlements. I thank Clay so much for what he has done for me. He and his firm are great to deal with and easy to reach and talk to. I didn’t want to be just another number in one of the gigantic law firms dealing with hundreds of these cases at the same time. Clay’s firm made you feel like you were dealing with a friend. So glad I chose to go with these guys.

Yours is the only site that went into any detail about the bellwether cases.
